Russia has already lost five times as many helicopters in the war in Ukraine as it did in the two Chechen campaigns, Brigadier General Oleksiy Hromov, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has said at a briefing at the Military Media Centre.
