In the temporarily occupied Horlivka, captured by Russia in 2014, more than 20,000 residents died, whom the Russians illegally mobilised into their army for the war against Ukraine, reported by the Centre of National Resistance.

As noted, the Russians are preparing for a new wave of mobilisation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and are forming lists of men.

"In particular, the mobilisation plan was presented to the Gauleiter from Horlivka," the message states.

Local collaborators complained that social tension is growing in Horlivka, because more than 20,000 residents of the city, who were forcibly mobilised in 2022, have died since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

The Central Committee emphasises that the mobilisation of residents of occupied territories is an international crime.

"The Russians formed advanced units from the residents of the temporary occupied territories (TOT) and throw them at the Ukrainian units without proper training, because the Russians benefit from the death of Ukrainians, regardless of the side they are fighting for," the Centre for National Resistance said.

The occupiers are mobilising the local population to join the Russian army from the TOT of the Luhansk Region.
