Chubarov says Russians raid Crimean Tatar houses in occupied peninsula

He describes it as Russia's revenge for the 3rd summit of the Crimea Platform and fear of losing Crimea.

Russian security forces in occupied Crimea have been breaking into and raiding the homes of Crimean Tatars in the city and district of Bakhchysaray since 4 a.m., the head of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Refat Chubarov, has said on Telegram.

"It is known that searches are currently taking place in the houses of Ruslan Asanov, Seydamet Mustafayev, Remzi Nemetulayev, Abdulmejit Seytumerov, Ametkhan Umerov and Eldar Yakubov," he said.

Chubarov noted that this is the Russians' revenge for the third summit of the Crimea Platform and their own fear of the inevitable liberation of Crimea by Ukraine.
