German defence company Rheinmetall has received another order to supply artillery ammunition to Ukraine under an agreement with the Bundeswehr. This is stated in the company's press release.
It is noted that this order includes the supply of more than 100,000 155-mm shells from Rheinmetall's new Spanish subsidiary Expal Munitions and additional DM 121 high-explosive fragmentation shells.
The order is worth hundreds of millions of euros. Tens of thousands of shells are to be delivered this year, others to be delivered in 2024.
