The Commander of the Air Force of Ukraine, Mykola Oleshchuk, thanked the pilots for the successful attack on the Zaliv plant in Crimea with SCALP missiles.

"I hope that another boat has followed the Moskva! In the meantime, while we are waiting for official confirmation of the results, I would like to once again thank the pilots of the tactical aviation of the Air Force for successful cruise missile strikes on the infrastructure of the Zaliv shipyard in Kerch, where one of the most modern ships of the Black Sea Fleet, the Kalibr cruise missile carrier, was stationed. Well done with SCALPing!" Oleshchuk wrote on Telegram.

SCALP missiles are the French version of the British Storm Shadow.

The Air Force commander also thanked the anti-aircraft gunners of the Air Command East for shooting down the Iskanders Russia fired in response.
