On the evening of 10 November, Russians attacked an administrative building in Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region, with a UAV. As a result of the attack, two police officers were injured, according to the head of the Kharkiv police investigation department, Serhiy Bolvinov.

"Russians attacked the city with drones the previous evening. They hit a two-storey building and an administrative office. Two police officers of the Special Forces regiment were among the victims, they were injured," Bolvinov said. According to the law enforcement officer, the second attack took place an hour and a half after the previous one.

"Two more Shaheds hit a private building, and landings were recorded in two yards. Fortunately, there were no casualties," he added.

According to Bolvinov, the Russians continue to use insidious tactics - they strike again after the initial attack when medics, rescuers and investigators are already working on the spot. This is how the police officers got injured.
