Yesterday, the Russians carried out 22 air strikes in the Tavriya sector, engaged in 43 combat engagements and fired 576 artillery rounds.
More than a dozen occupants surrendered yesterday, the commander of the Tavria operational and strategic group of troops, Oleksandr Tarnavskyy, said in a Telegram message.
The armed forces are holding the defence in the Avdiyivka sector. Missile and artillery units of the Tavria Joint Task Force completed 847 firing missions over the past day. Total enemy losses amounted to 455 people.
Eight pieces of military equipment were destroyed. In particular, one tank, two armoured personnel carriers, two artillery systems, three UAVs. Two ammunition depots were also destroyed. Another 7 units of enemy military equipment were damaged.
The offensive in the Melitopol sector continues.
