Latvia has proposed creating a coalition of drones to strengthen the Ukrainian military, Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umerov has said following a meeting with his Latvian counterpart Andris Sprūds.
This is the first time Sprūds has visited Kyiv. The meeting with Umerov focused on expanding training programmes for the Ukrainian military by Latvian instructors, countering Russian information attacks, and other projects to strengthen the capabilities of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
