President Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not consider the decline in Western support and problems with mobilisation resources to be a sign of losing the war.

He said this at a press conference. The president recalled that Ukraine was in a more difficult situation, its central regions were almost completely occupied.

"We were under a complete blockade. We have come out of it. People, God, partners - I don't know who is more important. All this helped," he said.

Zelenskyy added that Ukraine had a completely different winter a year ago. Now there are challenges with the amount of artillery and shells, especially 155mmΩ calibre, but the hubs are gradually opening.

"There are difficulties even with our neighbours, when we couldn't get to the hub to repair our weapons, because of politics, politics always interferes. The risk you are talking about is always there. But we have to live in Ukraine and fight," he said.

The president did not name the country where the difficulties had been encountered. However, a hub for the repair of military equipment from Ukraine was opened in Poland.
