Halyna Mykhaylyuk has been appointed presidential representative in parliament.

On 7 December, Zelenskyy dismissed Fedir Venislavskyy from this position without giving a reason.

What is known about Halyna Mykhaylyuk

· She is a member of parliament of the IX convocation from the Servant of the People party and deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on law enforcement.

· In 2015-2019, she was a legislative adviser at the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine. She is the Project Manager of the projects "Improving the legislative capacity for civilian security sector reform in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine through EU best practices" and "Strengthening the role of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in improving regulatory policy by enhancing the impact of legislation".

· Co-chair of the parliamentary groups on interparliamentary relations with Japan and Australia.

· Doctor of Law (2018), lawyer.

· Guest Lecturer at the University of Arkansas (USA), Professor at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (2012-2022), Associate Professor of the Ukrainian Free University (Munich).
