Operators of the Special Operations Forces destroyed a Russian Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile system in the south using HIMARS, the Special Operations Forces said on Telegram.
"While conducting reconnaissance in the southern direction, a crew of the 73rd Maritime Centre of the Special Operations Forces discovered the Strela-10 anti-aircraft missile system, which the enemy uses to observe and destroy air targets at low altitudes.
The SOF operators adjusted the HIMARS fire of the missile and artillery unit of the Ukrainian Defence Forces to the enemy target. As a result of the impact, the enemy air defence system was destroyed," it said.
