Russian troops attacked Kharkiv Region, according to military administration head Oleh Synyehubov.
"A hit was recorded in the region. No casualties at the moment. Details are being checked," he wrote.
For his part, Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov said that the impact was registered in a Kharkiv suburb.
At 12:17, Ukraine's Air Force issued a warning of potrntial ballistic missile use against Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava regions.
