This afternoon, Russians attacked a civilian infrastructure facility in the city of Sumy. They launched an air and missile strike, the regional military administration said.
Relevant services are working at the site of the attack. Details are yet unknown.
"Do not ignore air raid warnings. Stay in shelters," the authorities said.
The city suffered a previous strike yesterday. A five-storey residential building caught fire as a result of the Russian attack. In total, the aftermath of the strike was eliminated at three different locations.
