Explosions have been heard in Kyiv. An air alert was launched in the city, but the first explosions occurred after only a few minutes.
As of 11:23 a.m., the number of wounded increased to four, all in the Pechersk district, Klitschko said. A 16-year-old girl is among the injured.
She and another person were hospitalised. Two more women were treated on the spot.
In particular, the Boychuk Art Academy was damaged. An employee was injured.

At 11:25 a.m., the KCMA updated the damage data. A multi-storey building was damaged in Solomyanskyy district. Debris fell in Dniprovskyy and Holosiyivskyy districts. In Pechersk district, a non-residential building was damaged.
At 11:20 a.m., Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk said that two ballistic missiles launched by the enemy from Crimea had been shot down over the city.
After 11 o'clock and the alert was cancelled, Klitschko said that a non-residential building in the Pechersk district had been damaged over three floors.
At 10:54 a.m., the KCMA reported that, in addition to the damaged multi-storey building in Pechersk district, there was evidence of debris falling in Solomyanskyy and Dniprovskyy districts. Information about the damage will be updated.
In addition, missile fragments were found in a forest belt in Holosiyivskyy district.
At 10:44, the mayor said that emergency services had also been called to Solomyanskyy and Dniprovskyy districts because of the attack.
Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported the explosions at 10:32. The city was alerted at 10:28 a.m. due to ballistic missiles from the south, and the alert ended at 11:04 a.m.
The head of the KCMA reported on the work of air defence.
"According to preliminary information, as a result of a missile attack on Kyiv, debris fell in the Pechersk district. A house was damaged. Emergency services are on their way to the site. The data is being clarified," said Serhiy Popko at 10:42 a.m.
This is the third attack on the city in five days.
