Last night, Russian occupants attacked Ukraine again, using 24 Shahed drones from Cape Chauda (Crimea), Kursk and Yeysk (Russia). Air defence forces and equipment destroyed 17 attack drones, the press service of the Ukrainian Air Force reported.
Also at night, Russians launched an X-59 guided missile from the occupied Zaporizhzhya Region.
"Fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, mobile fire groups and electronic warfare equipment were involved in repelling the air attack. As a result of the air battle, the Defence Forces shot down an X-59 guided missile in the Dnipropetrovsk Region and 17 Shahed-131/136 attack UAVs in Odesa, Mykolayiv, Kirovohrad, Khmelnytskyy and Zhytomyr Regions," the statement said.
