Russians have again shot unarmed prisoners of war. This time - near Krynky on the left bank of the Kherson Region.

The video was posted on 7 April on Telegram channel of activist Serhiy Sternenko. The video shows a representative of the Russian occupation forces firing several shots at the unarmed soldiers, probably with an assault rifle.

The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported that the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office had launched a pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

"Once again, the representatives of the aggressor country demonstratively ignore the provisions of the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War, which indicates the support of such actions by the highest command of the Russian armed forces," the prosecutor general stressed.
