The occupiers attacked Odesa district with ballistic missiles. An Iskander-M missile was allegedly launched at a utility facility. A civilian was killed as a result of the strike, the Defence Forces of Southern Ukraine reported.
"The enemy continues targeted ballistic strikes in the south of Ukraine. In the afternoon, they fired a missile, probably an Iskander-M, at Odesa district," the defence ministry said.
They also added that the Russian army had hit a utility facility, damaging equipment and an administrative building. A civilian employee was killed.
The consequences are being clarified, and specialists are working to eliminate them.
