The Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko presented two new services: an e-office for victims and a social protection hotline.
Today, two services were launched for servicemen and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:
The first is an e-office for victims on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. There, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service, police officers, and rescuers who have the status of victims, as well as their family members, can access their account information and request medical, psychological, and legal assistance. All they need to do is register in the Single Window for Citizens.
At the same time, a social protection contact centre, 1536, has been launched. From Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00, the hotline specialists will advise on psychological, medical and financial assistance, benefits, pensions, etc.
