Russia is spreading yet another information and psychological operation, alleging that a provocation is planned in Kherson to stage the deaths of civilians.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
‘The Russians are spreading yet another PSYOP that allegedly “a provocation is planned in Kherson to stage the deaths of civilians,” Prokudin wrote, stressing that it is the Russian occupiers who have been destroying Kherson for a year and a half, injuring and killing local residents and hitting civilian objects.
‘Obviously, the only threat to the citizens is the Russian military. And it is from them that we can now expect terrible provocations,’ he added.
Prokudin urged citizens not to move around in the streets unless absolutely necessary and to respond to air raid warnings.
