Participation in the inaugural Peace Summit to be held in Switzerland on 15-16 June has been confirmed by 107 countries and international organisations.
This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Ukraine Serhiy Nykyforov, Ukrinform reports.
"107 countries and international organisations have confirmed their participation in the Peace Summit. We are talking about the Philippines, Singapore, and Timor being represented in one form or another. The President of Ukraine met with the leaders of these countries in Singapore and Manila," Nykyforov said.
He noted that Zelenskyy took part in the Shangri-La Dialogue security forum to "reach out to this part of the world and urge them not to stand aside from our peace initiative - the Peace Summit".
