On the night of 10 June, the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed Russian anti-aircraft missile systems in different parts of the temporarily occupied Crimea. The defenders successfully struck one S-400 anti-aircraft missile division of the occupiers near Dzhankoy, as well as two Russian S-300 anti-aircraft missile divisions near Chornomorske and Yevpatoriya.

Russian air defence suffered losses. This was reported by the General Staff.

"None of our missiles were intercepted by the enemy's 'highly effective' air defence. In particular, in these areas, after the strikes by Ukrainian missile launchers, the radars of the S-300/S-400 systems immediately stopped working. In addition, further detonations of ammunition were observed in all three areas of the launching positions of the Russian anti-aircraft missile divisions. Thanks to the successful combat work of the Defence Forces, the air defence of the Russian invaders in Ukrainian Crimea suffered significant losses," the statement said.
