A joint plan of all civilised and responsible countries for peace in Ukraine can be handed over to representatives of Russia.

The head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, said this on the sidelines of the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland. The plan may be handed over to a Russian representative at the second summit.

Yermak assured that under President Zelenskyy, "there will be no Minsk agreements in the form that Budapest, which did not give us any guarantees, will have."

"There is an absolutely clear position: a joint plan of all countries, civilised, responsible countries that respect our independence, territorial integrity, sovereignty. The plan agreed by these countries can be handed over to the Russian representative at the second summit," he explained.

  • Russia's participation in the first peace summit, which has now begun in Switzerland, is not foreseen - Yermak said this back in February.
  • Volodymyr Zelenskyy explained that the purpose of the first summit was to develop a joint peace plan with as many countries as possible, which could then be handed over to Russia.
