On the night of 18 June, mobile firing groups of the Defence Forces shot down 10 of the 10 Shahed-131/136 drones launched by the Russian army.
This was reported by the Air Force Commander, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk.
"On the night of 18 June 2024, the enemy attacked with ten Shahed-131/136 strike UAVs from the Primorsko-Akhtarsk Region of Russia," Oleshchuk said in a telegram.
As a result of combat operations of mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defence Forces and anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, all the Shaheds were shot down in Zaporizhzhya and Dnipropetrovsk Regions.
