Today, on 28 August, in the village of Izmayilivka, Pokrovsk district, Donetsk Region, Russian troops dropped a bomb on a house where a family of four was living.
This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.
All of them were killed in the rubble: parents aged 45 and 53, as well as their 17-year-old son and 24-year-old daughter. Rescuers unblocked the bodies from under the remains of the house.
Preliminary, the Russian military struck with a guided aerial bomb.
"Under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)," the prosecutor's office said.
