Russians hit a hospital in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv on 15 September. The windows of the clinic were damaged. Also, a fire broke out in the building of an educational institution. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov.
"On 15 September, at around 00:13, the enemy hit the ground on the territory of the hospital in Kyiv district. On 14 September at 23:20, the enemy fired two KABs, a fire broke out in the building of the educational institution, and grass was burning in the Kyiv district. There were no casualties," the statement said.
In the village of Pisky-Radkivski, a 72-year-old woman died as a result of a Tornado-S shelling. A residential building was destroyed, neighbouring houses and a shop were damaged. A 43-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were injured.
