On the morning of 25 September, the occupiers attacked Kherson with two guided aerial bombs.
This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, and the Kherson CMA.
‘In the morning, Kherson came under attack by Russian aviation. The enemy dropped two guided bombs on the Dniprovskyy district,’ he wrote in a telegram.
One of the strikes hit a cultural institution that has long been out of business. The building was heavily damaged and a fire was raging. Windows in neighbouring high-rise buildings were blown out by the blast wave.
There was no information about the victims.
