Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the first results of presenting the Victory Plan to his partners during his foreign visits.

He spoke about this in an interview with journalists of Ukrainian TV channels.

Regarding the strengthening of the Ukrainian army, Zelenskyy said France is ahead of other countries in terms of manning brigades.

"By the end of November, the brigade that is being trained and manned in France will be in Ukraine," the head of state said.

In addition, French President Emmanuel Macron, according to Zelenskyy, will work with partners on Ukraine's accession to NATO.

"I think France will support Ukraine's accession to NATO. Emmanuel will personally do it, and I think he will work with other partners on whom a positive decision depends," the Ukrainian president added, noting that "we are closer to NATO with the United States than we have ever been" in contrast to German scepticism on this issue.

The issue of long-range capability has not yet received full support among the allies.

"The point about deterrence packages - long-range missiles to destroy the enemy - is still difficult... It is important that the countries that are addressing this issue have different attitudes to this issue, and this is very important. Because there are countries that have a positive attitude to this," Zelenskyy said.

He added that the states that can solve the long-haul issue and support Kyiv will start negotiating with their opponents, because "no one wants to take risks alone." "Unfortunately, the leading countries have not yet gotten rid of this desire not to completely close the door with the Russian Federation," the head of state said.

The President of Ukraine also commented on the negotiations with the leaders of the Balkan countries. He noted that the Balkans understand that if Ukraine fails, they are at high risk, not only the Baltic states. "Because Russia has influence there," Zelenskyy added.
