A unique video of today's SBU special operation to eliminate the head of the Russian Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defence Troops has been posted online. It was provided to LB.ua by sources in the special service.
The footage shows General Kirillov and his assistant leaving the building, with the famous scooter standing nearby.
As soon as they get within the range of the explosive device, the scooter explodes.
