Russian pro-Putin opera singer Anna Netrebko has scheduled a concert in Paris. The performance will take place on 18 June 2026 at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées.
The concert will take the form of a solo vocal recital. Pianist Pavel Nebolsin will join Netrebko on stage. The programme features works by Romantic-era composers, including Vincenzo Bellini, Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Sergei Rachmaninoff.
The event is part of the singer’s European tour in the summer of 2026.
Over the years of the invasion, performances by the propagandist Netrebko have consistently been met with protests, cancellations and even legal action. She openly supports the annexation of Crimea and the war. Since 2025, the majority of pro-Putin artists have stepped up their presence at festivals across Europe and the world.
