Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyy has published a video featuring one of the servicemen involved in the attack on the Moscow oil refinery, captioning it with the words: “More to come.”

In the video, the serviceman discusses his unit’s participation in a series of long-range operations against targets deep inside Russia.

“In 2024, we carried out our first raids on Tuapse. And Ust-Luga — I think everyone knows, saw and heard how it burned; that was our work too. You also saw the news about Moscow — it was my guys and our colleagues from other companies and detachments who were working there. It was a major joint operation, and a great many of us were involved,” he says.

The serviceman stated that the strike on the Moscow refinery on the night of 18 June 2026 was carried out by operators of the 1st Separate UAV Systems Centre of the Unmanned Systems Forces, together with the 412th Separate NEMESIS Brigade, the 413th Separate RAID Regiment and the 414th Separate Magyar’s Birds Brigade, in coordination with the Special Operations Forces, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine and other components of Ukraine’s Defence Forces.

“The last time the aggressor’s capital burned like this was in September 1812. More to come,” Syrskyy emphasised.
