In July, Ukraine’s Defense Forces killed or wounded 42,860 Russian servicemen. This is the highest personnel loss for the Russian army in the past 18 months — since January 2025.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported this, citing data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Also last month, Ukrainian troops destroyed or damaged 13,998 units of Russians’ automotive equipment. The ministry notes that this is the highest figure for the entire period of the full-scale war.
In July, Ukrainian defenders destroyed:
- 68 Russian air defense systems;
- 162 tanks;
- 204 armored combat vehicles;
- 2,016 artillery systems.
Over the past day, the Defense Forces eliminated another 1,260 Russian occupiers. In total, since the start of the full-scale war, Russia has lost in Ukraine about 1,461,660 servicemen. On August 11, the occupiers lost 7 armored combat vehicles, 60 artillery systems, 2 multiple-launch rocket systems, one air defense asset, as well as numerous vehicles and UAVs.
