The 1,668th day of the Russian Federation’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine has begun. In total, 230 combat engagements were recorded over the past day. The heaviest fighting took place on the Pokrovsk axis of the front.

Yesterday, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 95 air strikes, during which it dropped 295 guided aerial bombs. In addition, the invaders used 9,614 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,770 attacks on populated areas and our troops’ positions, 44 of them using multiple launch rocket systems.
Enemy shelling, in particular, hit the settlements of Bezsalivka, Korenok, Ulanove, Rohizne, Tovstodubove, Potapivka, Sopych, Hirky, Yastrubshchyna, Atynske, Luzhky, Neskuchne, Kucherivka, Holyshivske, Romashkove, Budky, Rozhkovychi, Iskryskivshchyna, Fotovyzh, Vovkivka, Nova Huta and Volfyne in Sumy region; and Mykhalchyna-Sloboda and Kliuchy in Chernihiv region. Kucherivka and Tovstodubove were hit by air strikes.
Over the past day, aircraft, missile forces and artillery of the Defence Forces struck two areas where enemy manpower was concentrated, five UAV control points, five artillery systems and artillery positions, three command posts, three key enemy facilities, a command post and the occupiers’ repair base.
On the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes, one enemy assault action was recorded over the past day. The aggressor carried out 42 attacks on our troops’ positions and populated areas.
On the South Slobozhanskyi axis, Ukrainian units repelled 14 enemy attacks. The invaders tried to advance towards the settlements of Mala Vovcha, Buhaivka, Kozacha Lopan, Lyman, Prylipka, Ternova, Karaichne, Potykhonove, Rybalchyne and Zakharivka.
On the Kupiansk axis, the enemy tried three times to improve its positions, conducting assault actions towards Petropavlivka and Kivsharivka.
Attempts to break into our defences were repelled on the Lyman axis, where the occupiers attacked ten times towards the settlements of Kopanky, Hrekivka, Shyikivka, Novoselivka, Lyman and Dibrova.
On the Sloviansk axis, the enemy carried out five assault actions in the area of Yampil, Kryva Luka and Mykolaivka.
On the Kramatorsk axis, Russian invaders conducted two offensive actions towards Vasiutynske.
On the Kostiantynivka axis, 19 attacks were recorded. The invaders conducted assault actions in the areas of the settlement of Kostiantynivka and towards Osykove, Dovha Balka, Pryiut, Stepiv and Vilne.
The enemy carried out 25 attacks on the Pokrovsk axis. The occupiers tried to advance towards the settlements of Bilytske, Hannivka, Dobropillia, Novyi Donbas, Novohryshyne, Vasylivka, Serhiivka, Molodetske and Novopavlivka.
On the Oleksandrivka axis, the enemy attacked twice towards Novoheorhiivka.
On the Huliaipole axis, the occupiers attacked our defenders’ positions seven times. The enemy tried to advance towards the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Rizdvianka, Krynychne and Charivne.
On the Orikhiv axis, according to updated information, the enemy tried four times to improve its positions, attacking towards Chervona Krynytsia, Pavlivka and Malokaterynivka.
On the Dnipro axis, the occupiers did not conduct offensive actions.
On the Volyn and Polissia axes, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
- Overall, over the past day, Russian invaders’ losses amounted to 1,420 personnel. Also neutralised were five tanks, seven armoured combat vehicles, 75 artillery systems, three multiple launch rocket systems, one air defence asset, 12 ground robotic systems, 1,808 unmanned aerial vehicles, 424 vehicles and four units of special equipment belonging to the enemy.
