As of the morning of 21 September, there are significant delays to train services in Ukraine caused by Russian attacks. The biggest delay remains on the Mykolayiv–Kyiv service, which is running 16 hours 33 minutes behind schedule.

The train from Mykolaiv to Lviv is delayed by more than 12 hours, and the service from Kryvyi Rih to Chernivtsi and Rakhiv by almost 12 hours. There are also delays on the Dnipro–Uzhhorod, Lviv–Dnipro, Truskavets–Dnipro, Przemyśl–Zaporizhzhya, Uzhhorod–Dnipro, Odesa–Kharkiv and other routes.
There are also delays to international services: Budapest–Kyiv, Chełm–Kharkiv, Chełm–Kyiv, Chełm–Kyiv, Warsaw–Kyiv, as well as services from Przemyśl.
- Ukrainian Railways monitors direct threats to trains and halts traffic on sections where there is danger. Passengers and train crews are evacuated. For safety, you should move at least 200 metres away from the train.
- Russia is deliberately attacking trains in different Regions. Recently, it struck the railway near Poland.
