On the night of 28 September, the Security Service of Ukraine carried out successful strikes on four oil depots in Russia’s Krasnodar Region.
As the SBU press service noted, these are key elements of the fuel infrastructure that ensure the storage and supply of petroleum products for the enemy’s army.
Drones from the SBU’s Alpha Special Operations Centre struck the Edelweiss-95 and Din-Yug-Oil oil depots in the stanitsa of Novotitarivska. Two separate fire outbreaks were recorded there.
They also struck the Lukoil-Yugnefteprodukt oil depot in the stanitsa of Pavlivska. There is a fire at the site.
Another successful strike hit the Angelinska oil depot in the stanitsa of Staronizhestebliivska, where a fire is also still burning.
“The SBU continues to strike targets in the Russian rear that are working for the war against Ukraine. Disabling oil depots complicates fuel logistics for the needs of Russian forces. These strikes are also the SBU’s response to the enemy’s terrorist attacks on Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure,” the SBU said.
