Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced personnel changes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The President said this in an address to Ukrainians.
The relevant decisions are being prepared together with Commander-in-Chief Mykhailo Drapatyi.
"We are preparing decisions with the Commander-in-Chief — personnel decisions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I want to thank everyone who serves Ukraine!" the statement said.
He did not say exactly what changes are planned or when.
