Emergency power cuts have been introduced in the Kyiv region. The relevant instruction was issued by Ukrenergo.

The company reminded residents that during emergency outages, schedules do not apply. They promise to keep consumers informed about further changes to electricity supply via DTEK’s Telegram channel.
- On the night of 7 November, Russian forces again attacked one of DTEK’s energy facilities. As a result of the shelling, part of Brovary district in the Kyiv region was left without electricity.
