Gorshenin Institute to present sociological survey on political sentiments of Ukrainians

The social scientists will reveal what sacrifices Ukrainians are ready to make for the sake of peace in the country.

Gorshenin Institute will present the results of the sociological survey "SOCIAL AND POLITICAL SENTIMENTS OF UKRAINIANS. SECTION 2: WAR AND PEACE" at 11:00 on Tuesday, March 1, 2016. In particular, the social scientists and experts of Gorshenin Institute will answer the following questions:

What part of the Ukrainian society was affected by the events taking place in Donbas?

What do Ukrainians know about the Minsk Agreements and what is the Ukrainians’ attitude to them?

What Ukrainians are ready to sacrifice for the sake of peace in the country?

What would be the results of the referendum on the implementation of the Minsk Agreements?

Gorshenin Institute carried out an all-Ukrainian sociological survey, entitled "Social and political sentiments of Ukrainians", from 8 to 17 February 2016. Overall the sample, based on the key social and demographic characteristics of the Ukrainian population, included 2,000 respondents aged 18 and above from all regions of Ukraine (excluding the occupied territories of Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions). The quotas included an area of residence, gender and age of respondents. The margin of error does not exceed +/-2.2 per cent.
