Popular TV presenter allegedly loses Ukrainian work permit
The presenter is unaware of any such decision by the state.
The Kyiv city employment centre has cancelled the work permit for TV presenter Savik Shuster, the Detector Media website has quoted a source in law enforcement as saying.
Shuster told the website that he was unaware of any such decision and suggested that it contact the legal department of the 3S TV channel.
The director of the channel's legal department, Tetyana Karmazina, neither confirmed nor denied the report. "At the moment, we do not have this information," she said.
Shuster has worked in Ukraine since 2005. He has a political talk show on the 3S TV channel.
