On 14 June, in a battle near the village of Pavlopil, Mariupol direction, two Ukrainian soldiers of the 56th separate motorized infantry brigade were reportedly killed.
"After an enemy shelling, a militant recon group attacked our positions. In a close-in combat, two our fighters were killed and one wounded," the volunteer page Come Back alive on Facebook reported on 16 June.
Official ATO reports said Tuesday that the enemy fired mortars and 122-mm self-propelled artillery, and led assault actions outside Pavlopil.
