Col-Gen Oleksandr Dublyan is a deputy defence minister and the head of the ministry's office.
A standby candidate is Oleh Yatsyno, who is the director of the Defence Ministry's HR department.
Serhiy Zlakoman is a deputy minister for temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons and the head of the ministry's office.
A standby candidate is Oleh Nemchynov, the chairman of the military-civil administration in the villages of Kominternove, Vodyane and Zayichenko of Volnovakha District, Donetsk Region.
