"D/LPR" set to hand two captured Ukrainians over to Savchenko

The transfer will be "a gesture of goodwill".

The leaders of the "DNR" and "LNR" Aleksandr Zakharchenko and Ihor Plotnitskiy say they will transfer two Ukrainian women in their captivity to Nadiya Savchenko, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada.

"As a gesture of goodwill on the eve of Christmas and New Year we are without any conditions are giving two women - Anzhelika Presnyakova and Olha Svorak over to a representative of the people of Ukraine Nadiya Savchenko," the two warlord leaders said in a statement published on militant website on 26 December.

Savchenko on December 7 clandestinely met in Minsk with the leaders of terrorist organizations "DPR" and "LPR".

On 12 December, Savchenko said the meeting with that warlords of militants was in "the tripartite Minsk format" and was attended by unidentified Russian representatives, and Zakharchenko and Plotnytskyy from the "DNR" and "LPR" respectively.

In the actual trilateral Minsk talks, the third party is the OSCE. The illegitimate Donbas organisations have no place in Minsk negotiation on Donbas settlement

After that Savchenko was excluded from the faction of Fatherland, and Ukraine's delegation to the PACE.
