President Petro Poroshenko is planning to deliver the annual state of the nation address in parliament on 7 September, according to a member of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko.
"We are expected the president's address to parliament on Thursday," Interfax-Ukraine quoted him as saying after the faction meeting on 4 September.
The constitution obliges the president to deliver the annual state of the nation address in parliament.
Earlier, parliament speaker Andriy Parubiy said that Poroshenko may speak on 5 September.
