The Central Electoral Commission has finished processing electronic vote count reports filed after the 21 April presidential election runoff.
Showman Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who scored 73.22%, defeated incumbent President Petro Poroshenko, who had 24.45%.
He won in all the regions, except for Lviv Region and the foreign constituency.
The commission declared 2.31% of ballot papers invalid.
The turnout in the runoff was 62.09%. The total turnout, which includes the foreign constituency, is 61.37%.
