The G7 ambassadors to Ukraine have described the 21 July snap parliamentary election as competitive.
"G7 ambassadors welcome the holding of competitive parliamentary elections in Ukraine where fundamental rights and freedoms were respected. We congratulate the CEC on their work," the French Presidency of the G7 Ambassadors' Support Group in Kyiv tweeted.
It added that they look forward to ODIHR’s recommendations and encourage consideration of their implementation.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Servant of the People appears to have won the snap parliamentary election with around 44% of the vote.
