A 25-year-old former serviceman and employee of the State Guard Directorate has shot himself in the head in the Central Electoral Commission in Kyiv, Ukrainian News has reported, quoting a source in law enforcement.
It said that the man committed suicide at 6.20 p.m. local time.
His motives are being established.
