Kyiv's Pecherskyy district court has selected a measure of restraint for army support volunteer Marusya Zvirobiy, who is suspected of making death threats against President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
She will be on her own recognizance for two months until 9 April 2020.
Thus, the court has fully upheld prosecution's motion.
She will have to hand in her foreign travel passport and report to court or investigators at first request.
Zvirobiy's defence called the court decision "unjustified" and would appeal it.
