The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will speak in the European Parliament today, after 13 o’clock.
The speech will take place online. But the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, said in comments for “RBK-Ukraine” that it is no exact time yet.
Yesterday Yermak’s deputy Ihor Zhovkva said that on the 1st of March, president Zelenskyy would thoroughly explain Ukraine’s EU membership expectations in his speech to the High Representatives European Union officials at the special session of the European Parliament.
Yesterday, Zelenskyy signed an application to join the European Union. The signing took place against barricades and trenches built in connection with the full-scale invasion of Russia.
