The occupiers cut off Vodafone and Kyivstar mobile networks in the Kherson region. This was announced by the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Gennady Laguta.
In addition, according to LB.ua information obtained from a local resident of Kherson, the Russian occupiers took to the city pseudo-convoys with alleged humanitarian aid to civilians.
"This is done so that fictitious people with Russian flags can shout 'take us to Russia,'" a local resident said.
A local resident adds that Russian equipment is present throughout the city. Ukrainian flags have already been taken down in many places in Kherson.
