Criminals create fake official pages of Ukrainian agencies in social networks. One of them is the fake page of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

“The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has ONLY ONE official page on Facebook. It can be identified quite easily: the blue tick that means “verified”, the number of followers (more than 633 thousand), no target ads, identification of a governmental body,” the agency emphasizes.
The creators of the fake Ministry of Defence page posted a message in which they ask everyone to “report the enemy’s military equipment” and provide a link for that.
The Ministry of Defence asks Ukrainians to block fake accounts of Ukrainian ministries or other agencies and keep up with the news on official resources.
We remind you that on 3 March, Russian occupiers and media of the aggressor started spreading fakes about citizens of the Kherson region asking them to accept the region into Russia.
According to the National Guard, in Kherson, the enemy occupied the local TV tower, TV and radio broadcasting. They are going to spread false news and information in the city.
