As of Monday morning, March 7th, the enemy continues its offensive against Ukraine. Since the beginning of the day, Russian occupiers have launched missile and artillery strikes on Ukraine’s cities. At the same time, invaders continue to use the Belarus airfield network to carry out airstrikes on Ukraine, the General Staff reports.
“By acting insidiously, occupiers are violating the rules of international humanitarian law, conducting the shootings of the civilians and humanitarian corridors, taking women and children hostages, placing their equipment and ammunition in residential areas, artificially creating a humanitarian crisis. The town of Irpin remains without electricity, water, and food for more than three days. There is no supply of food and water; occupiers forbade the residents to leave their houses,” the statement says.
According to the General Staff, there are numerous incidents of staged reports being recorded for Russian TV channels on the alleged humanity of the invaders. Also, on social networks, the enemy distributes content created from the first person, which negatively covers the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Currently, the Armed Forces are conducting defense operations in all the areas of the enemy’s advance. The enemy is suffering considerable losses in manpower, ground equipment, and the means of the air attack. They are also surrendering, the General Staff reports.
